The MS Pro Rental is engineered for fast turnaround. Its modular cabinet design with quick-lock connections means a standard video wall can be assembled in hours, not days. Yes. MegaScreens offers the MS Pro Rental on flexible hire terms — from a single day for a one-off event to several months for longer campaigns, exhibitions, or temporary installations. Every hire includes delivery, setup, and collection. For longer-term projects, we can also provide ongoing content management and technical support throughout the hire period.
The MS Pro Rental is available in 2.6mm and 3.9mm pixel pitch configurations. 2.6mm is ideal for events where the audience is closer to the screen — such as conference keynotes and exhibition stands. 3.9mm is well suited to larger stage backdrops and venues where viewing distances are greater and cost-efficiency is a priority.
MegaScreens manages the full logistics chain for every rental: transport to venue, unloading, build, technical testing, and post-event strike and collection. The MS Pro Rental panels are designed for robust transport handling with protective flight cases and efficient stacking. We coordinate directly with venue teams to align with load-in schedules and access restrictions.
Yes. Every MS Pro Rental hire includes technical support. For larger events, MegaScreens provides on-site technicians who remain throughout the event to manage the display, handle any content changes, and ensure everything runs smoothly. For smaller setups, remote support is available. You focus on your event — we focus on the screen.
The MS Pro Rental is designed primarily for indoor and covered outdoor environments. For fully exposed outdoor applications, additional weatherproofing and higher brightness specifications may be required. If your event has an outdoor element, speak to your MegaScreens Project Manager early in the planning process so we can recommend the right configuration.
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak event season. However, MegaScreens can often accommodate shorter lead times depending on the scope of your project. The earlier you get in touch, the more time we have to plan the perfect setup for your event.
