Do I need internet?

Internet is required only for cloud-based systems. On-prem playback works entirely offline once configured, making it ideal for venues with unreliable connectivity or strict security requirements.

What platforms do you use?

Juuno and NovaStar are the two CMS platforms we integrate with most often. Both offer intuitive interfaces for scheduling content, managing playlists, and controlling multiple screens from a single dashboard.

Can we customize the interface?

Yes. Custom layouts, branded templates, and bespoke integrations are all possible. We work with your design team to ensure the interface reflects your brand and simplifies daily operations.

What training do you provide?

Training is included as part of every installation. We walk your team through content upload, scheduling, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance. Documentation and video guides remain available for reference.

How are software updates handled?

Both on-prem and cloud systems receive regular software updates at no extra cost. We manage updates remotely or on-site depending on your setup, ensuring your system stays current without disruption.
